Okra: Food combat constipation in children


Okra does not only provide fiber and many vitamins, they are high “slippery” effective, and baby cup of soup will quickly clean with this particular fruit.

Ingredients: 100g prawns, 6 fruits okra, 1 / 3 plastic cups of rice, 5g scallions, cilantro coriander, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon seasoning seeds, 3 tsp sesame oil .

Implementation: shrimp peeled, chopped or grind, marinated fish sauce for about 10 minutes.
