‘Formula’ for raising healthy children is not easy especially when around full fast-food, and animated movies, less space movement. But a few small changes can make a big effect.

1. Play with your children
The baby needs to stay healthy activities. One way to help baby exercise body is playing with baby. The babies loved to play catch with parents around the house or a lawn outside.
